Cancellation Policy

Each room rate has its own cancellation terms. The policy shown during checkout and in your booking confirmation is the binding policy for that booking. Please review it before you pay, as it may differ from this general policy.

If there is any conflict between this page and the cancellation terms shown for your booking, the terms shown for your booking will apply.

A refundable rate may be cancelled without charge before the stated deadline. After that deadline, a cancellation fee may apply.

A non-refundable rate normally cannot be cancelled for a refund. The full booking amount may be charged if you cancel, change the booking, or do not arrive. Any exception requires approval from the accommodation or supplier and is not guaranteed.

Cancellation deadlines are based on the accommodation’s local time unless your booking terms state otherwise. Common policies include free cancellation until a stated number of days before check-in, followed by a charge equal to one night or the full stay.

Some policies use several penalty periods. For example, cancellation may be free until one deadline, subject to a one-night charge after that deadline, and subject to a full-stay charge closer to check-in. The exact deadlines and charges for your rate are displayed before payment.

Sign in, open **My Bookings**, select the relevant booking, and choose the cancellation option. Review the refund estimate and any penalty before confirming.

A cancellation is complete only when its status changes to cancelled and you receive a cancellation confirmation. If the online option is unavailable, contact [Support Email] promptly. A message requesting cancellation does not cancel the booking until we confirm it.

If you do not check in by the required time and have not agreed to a late arrival, the accommodation may treat the booking as a no-show. A no-show usually carries the full cancellation charge and may cause the accommodation to release the room.

Unused nights caused by late arrival, early departure, denied check-in, or failure to meet entry or identification requirements are normally non-refundable.

A supplier-confirmed booking is accepted when we issue a confirmation showing that status. Cancellation terms apply from that point.

An on-request booking still requires confirmation from the accommodation or supplier. We will tell you whether it is accepted or declined. If it is declined, any amount collected for it will be released or refunded. If you ask to cancel while it is pending, we will try to stop the request, but supplier charges may apply if confirmation has already occurred.

Events outside a party’s reasonable control may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruption, civil emergencies, or closure of the accommodation. Refunds or changes in these circumstances depend on your booking terms, applicable law, and the options approved by the accommodation or supplier.

If the supplier cannot honour a confirmed booking, we may offer a comparable alternative, propose a change, or provide a full refund for the affected accommodation booking. We are not responsible for separate travel costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued in the same transaction currency used for payment. Your bank or card provider may convert the refund into your account currency using its exchange rate on the processing date.

Exchange-rate movements and fees charged by your bank or card provider may cause the amount shown on your statement to differ from the original converted amount. We do not control those differences.
