The lead guest’s name should match the booking. We are not responsible for denied check-in caused by inaccurate details or unmet requirements.

Requests to change dates, room type, occupancy, guest names, or meal plan are subject to availability and supplier approval. A change may result in a new price, additional fees, or application of the original cancellation policy.

The accommodation provider is responsible for delivering the stay, including room condition, facilities, safety, housekeeping, and on-site services. Third-party suppliers are responsible for the inventory and information they provide.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited.

The website, software, design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to us. Hotel names, images, and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. You may use the website only for personal travel planning and legitimate bookings.

You must not scrape inventory, automate excessive requests, interfere with security, submit false bookings, misuse promotional rates, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent bookings, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction]. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies in [Applicable Venue] will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
